The following were all present: Port Oostende (Belgium), Groningen Seaports and Eemshaven (Netherlands), Niedersachsen Port and Cuxhaven (Germany), ABP Humber (United Kingdom), Port Esbjerg (Denmark) and Szczecin (Poland).
