Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port is issuing a call for expressions of interest in order to make Shed N° 24 available with a view to selecting an economic player specializing in the design and production of cultural and sporting events, pop-up catering, bar management and corporate events.

As 2024 drew to a close, the Grimaldi Shipping Line vessel Grande New York called at the Montoir de Bretagne ro-ro terminal inbound from Turkey, carrying an exceptional cargo of Dacia and Renault vehicles. The ship unloaded a total of 3 102 vehicles, setting a new record for the ro-ro terminal.

Hynamics, a subsidiary of the EDF Group, has launched a preliminary consultation from 16th December 2024 to 9th March 2025 on the Take Kair project. Take Kair is an innovative project to build and operate an e-fuel (or synthetic fuel) production plant, mainly for aviation, at Donges, within the Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port Authority area.

On 21st and 22nd January in Zeebrugge (Belgium), Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port was represented by the Development Directorate at the ECG (European Car Group) quality and maritime symposium. The event brought together the key players in the European ro-ro port operations and logistics sector for new vehicles.

The vessel CMA CGM Montoir called at Montoir de Bretagne for the first time on 5th January, marking the launch of the FEMEX service by CMA CGM Group, a global player in maritime, land, air and logistics solutions. The service aims to boost trade between the Far East, the Mediterranean basin (especially Turkey) and Western France.
