Following an initial immersive experience unveiled last year for the Montoir de Bretagne port facility, the commercial showcase for the real-estate offer at the Nantes Cheviré site has now gone online. This new digital solution offers a 360° experience seen from the sky, for a complete immersion in the very heart of the 250-hectare site within the City’s boundaries, the better to discover the real estate available there. The tool also puts into perspective all the advantages of this port activity zone when it comes to meeting potential project developers’ logistical requirements in the port and urban environment. It offers an unrestricted view of the services and infrastructures, through a fund of information that is enriched thanks to clickable items that are represented in 2D.

Accessible on the Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port website, via computer, tablet, mobile phone and VR headset, the tool is an invaluable asset that can help economic players to plan their business location or to facilitate contacts as part of the process of setting up a business operation.

Developed in collaboration with Popside, the commercial showcase for real-estate offers is one of the projects that resulted from Season 2 of the Smart Port Hackathon held by Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port in November 2022.
