ISO 9001: Certification Confirmed

The audit carried out from 14th to 16th March by Bureau Veritas has confirmed the robustness of the quality management system deployed by Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port in accordance with the ISO 9001 Standard.

The purpose of this approach is to improve the Organization’s overall levels of performance, with the main objectives being to deliver products and services to customers in line with their expectations, to secure opportunities to improve satisfaction for current customers and prospective customers, and to better take into account the risks and opportunities for the Port’s development.
