ISO 9001-2015 Quality Certification Confirmed

Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port has been committed for many years now to a process of continual improvement of its activities founded on actively listening to all its stakeholders and on taking their needs into account. That commitment was rewarded in 2020 by the renewal of the Port Authority’s ISO 9001-2015 quality certification.

Early in April 2021, following an audit of Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port’s principal activities, the certifying body confirmed that quality certification, thereby acknowledging the actions put in place to improve the efficiency of the services delivered by Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port.
