CEI for a Temperature-Controlled Warehouse

A Call for Expressions of Interest (CEI) for the construction of one or more temperature-controlled warehouses in the Montoir de Bretagne industrial and port activity zone was published on 25th August.

This selection procedure relates to the provision of plots of Port Authority land in the Montoir de Bretagne industrial and port activity zone with a view to accommodating temperature-controlled warehouses.

The project will deliver a response to the requirements that have been detected by Nantes ‒ Saint Nazaire Port among firms and companies in the hinterland, most notably in the agri-food sector, and to expand the shipping service offer in and out of Montoir de Bretagne.
